Mr. Patrick Phillips our Chef and consultant who is a graduate from the hotel school with over 40 years of local international hotel trade and in the making of the Jaffna dishes has its roots from Urumburai Jaffna. He not only brings his expertise but also his love of Jaffna food to your table. Our well-equipped kitchen has well-experienced ladies as cooks from Jaffna.
